I do not know if the plugin is still in active development, as it has been nine months since the last update at the time of writing. The plugin helps you remove all clutter from your MySQL tables including spam or trashed comments, automatic drafts, stale post revisions, pingbacks and trackbacks, etc. You can also schedule weekly cleanups if you want this action performed for you automatically and receive notifications via email.
After installing and activating the plugin, it will analyze your database and show you how much space can be optimized. Once you’ve selected the data you want to remove, just click the big “Process” button to allow the plugin to take care of the rest.
